She also worked as an Anchor/Reporter at WJLA-TV in Washington, D.C. (from March 2011 to April 2017).
Additionally, Olabanji served as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University – this was from January 2013 to January 2015. Her earlier roles include reporting for WTKR-TV in Norfolk, Virginia (from March 2008 to March 2011), and WCAV-TV in Charlottesville, Virginia (from November 2006 to March 2008). She started her career as a News Assistant at CNN in Washington, D.C.
