His initial foray into the world of television began in Missouri when he served as a Multi-Media Journalist (MMJ) and weekend anchor for KQTV in St. Joseph, Missouri, before making the move to Nebraska.
During his tenure in St. Joseph, Ron was at the forefront of covering significant news events, including the historic floods of 2019, the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory in 2020, and the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, among numerous other local news stories. When he’s not engrossed in journalism, Ron delights in the company of friends, watching movies and TV, and exploring superb dining establishments. Ron genuinely thrills to be in the Omaha area and eagerly continues to share the community’s essential stories.
