Before joining WUSA9, she worked for WBAL-TV in Baltimore as a news reporter. There she was named Best TV News Personality by Baltimore’s City Paper. She started her journalism career in Michigan where she worked for WEYI-TV (NBC) in Flint as a weekend news anchor and reporter.
