In addition, he has been to cover migrant caravans; mass shootings in California, Texas, Colorado, and Florida; gang violence in El Salvador; infamous cartel criminal trials in El Paso; the X Games; the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics the 2016 Presidential campaign, conventions, and inauguration.
Prior to his graduation, he was working as an intern for the KUTV News, the Kosovo Embassy in Washington D.C., and the Salt Lake Tribune teams. He worked with the Kosovo Embassy in Washington D.C. shortly after Kosovo Embassy in Washington D.C. Later on, after his freshman year, he moved to the Uruguay region for two years where he was working as a missionary for his church and where he was able to learn Spanish.
