Asberry attended The University of Texas, San Antonio where she studied between 2009 and 2014. There, she obtained a Bachelor of Liberal and Fine Arts and a minor in Business Administration. She also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Communications.
While there, she was a member of the Paisano Independent Student Newspaper and was named Women of Honor Fundraising Chair. She also learned viable skills in Communications such as Creating Publications. This is in addition to learning how to create and edit videos, write, and create websites, technical writing, and public speaking.

Asberry works with KTNV News where she serves the station as a Traffic Anchor for the Good Morning Las Vegas Team. There, she brings the traffic news from 4:30 AM- 7 AM. She joins the station with over five years of experience working in TV markets such as Midland-Odessa, Texas, Mobile Alabama, and San Antonio, Texas.
Asides from this she has served as a News Anchor, Traffick Anchor, and Reporter/Multimedia Journalist throughout her career. This was while covering stories spanning from hurricanes along the gulf coast, former President Barrack Obama and the first family visiting the Carlsbad Caverns, San Antonio’s historical “Fiesta” celebration, and Mobile’s infamous Mardi Gras celebration.
Away from work, she enjoys exercising, singing, dancing, and hiking. She also enjoys spending most of her time traveling with her family. Her dream has always been to move out west and is now happy to call Los Vegas home.
