During his time in Orlando, he launched his own series of reports highlighting cold cases in Central Florida.

His reporting during a deadly December 2019 Jersey City shootout was recognized by the Radio Television Digital News Association(RTDNA). The group awarded NBC 4 New York the 2020 Nationa Edward R. Prior to making a move to New York City, she was working for KXAS-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas where he was privileged to be recognized with two Emmys for his reporting.
