In addition to these roles, he also co-anchors and produces the weekly sports show, “Sports Extra” as well as provides frequent social media updates of stories, and events. Prior to working at WMBD-TV, he worked at KETK based in Tyler, Texas where he served as a sports, crime, and local politics reporter from September 2018 to June 2022.
While still working at KETK, he was also in charge of creating local news content and writing news, and sports articles for the station. Previously, from August 2014 to May 2022, he worked at The University of Texas at Tyler where he served as a Gameday Operations Worker. Moreover, he also served as the public address announcer and assisted in running the school’s social media accounts.
