Marshall works as a reporter at CBS 6. Before joining the station, she began her career as a reporter in Roanoke, Virginia. She reported the 2020 protests and riots, and riots, the impacts of COVID on schools, and the 2021 Gubernatorial election for her two years of reporting in the Valley.
Her reporting made her receive honors as AP of the Virginias Multimedia Journalist of the Year and a Regional Edward R. Murrow award. She got her journalism degree from the University of South Carolina before moving to Virginia. For over a year, she interned at WIS-News10 in Columbia, and WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina.
