Prior to joining the station, she worked in Panama City, Florida at WMBB, the ABC affiliate as a weekday morning meteorologist.

Lauren has vacationed in Southwest Florida with her family for years. She got her passion for broadcast television through a four-year journalism academy in the suburbs of Chicago where she grew up. Later on, she got her interest in weather while in high school, through mission trips to Haiti, Jamaica, and Guatemala as many of these places were impacted by natural disasters.
Hope interned at KPHO and was selected to do weather for a local PBS station. During her free time, she enjoys the good seafood, traveling, being at the beach, and all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
