Prior to this, she was working for WAVE 3 News in Louisville, Kentucky where she served the station between June 2020 and August 2021. There, she covered months of Breonna Taylor protests and civil unrest.
In addition to this, she also worked for KALB-TV in Alexandria, Louisiana serving the station as an MMJ/Weekend Anchor. She worked for the station between October 2018 and June 2020. As for her education, she attended a local school in her hometown Alabama for her elementary studies. After this, she attended the University of South Alabama in 2014 where she graduated with a Degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2018.
She studied at the institution between 2014 and 2018 receiving a Bachelor of Science and Arts Degree in Communication Arts. It was during her time at the Institution that she fell in love with storytelling and serving her community. Aside from this, she was also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
