Parks serves as a sports Director and anchor at WBTW-TV based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. In this role, he is responsible for producing and anchoring the station’s Friday Night High School Football show “The Blitz.” He also anchors and produces sportscasts at 6, 10, and 11 pm Monday-Friday as well as during the football fall weekends covering South Carolina, Clemson, and Coastal Carolina. In December 2021, he went to Orlando, Florida, and provided coverage nightly at 5, 6, 10, and 11 pm.
Prior to working at WBTW-TV, he worked at Detroit Tigers based in Lakeland, Florida where he served as a Gameday Productions Staff and PA Announcer from February 2017 to May 2017. He had previously spent 3 years and 2 months working at ABC7, and NBC2 where he served as a sports anchor, reporter, and producer. During his tenure at ABC 7/NBC2, he also served as the weekend Sports Anchor and weekday reporter. In this role, he covered Florida Gulf Coast University and High Schools in several areas.
