Being part of a three-person investigative team, he turns roughly two stories per month. He previously worked as a Multimedia Journalist for NEWS 7 KWWL in Iowa City, Iowa. While there he was the Iowa City bureau reporter. He was in charge of covering news out of the University of Iowa, police reforms, protests, localizing bills moving through the state legislature, and more.
Prior to Iowa, Travis worked at KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri Area as an on-air reporter. Serving as a reporter, while at the University of Missouri, he reported for nightly newscasts at their fully-commercial NBC affiliate KOMU where he covered city council, bills moving through the capitol, and sports human interest stories. He used AVID video editing, iNews, Facebook, and Twitter to tell my stories. He, therefore, earned class credit for his reporting. He also served the station as a sports anchor, desk attendant, and digital producer. Breese has also worked as a sports and news intern at NBC 7.
