Ledbetter works as an Anchor/Reporter at NBC5. He volunteered at WRUV-FM while a student majoring in economics at the University of Vermont and edited his high school paper. Later on, he joined WQCR-FM (now WOKO) and WJOY-AM in South Burlington.
