Growing up, she was raised alongside her two brothers, Blake Ripp, and Derek Ripp. Blake graduated from the Colorado School of Mines while Derek is a GW Baseball alumni and an active baseball player. Blake was born on February 14th, 2000 hence is 24 years old as of 2024 and is married to Myrto Ripp who is working as a wedding and event planner.

She went to Christ Lutheran School from Kindergarten through 8th grade. She later joined The Barstow School where she attained her High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. Later in 2015, she joined Pepperdine University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism with an Emphasis in Marketing in 2019. She was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta, Step Forward Volunteer Day, and Pepperdine Graphic Media (student newspaper).
While still in college, she worked at NewsWaves 32 where she served as a general assignment reporter and associate producer from September 2018 to April 2019. While there, she covered local Malibu and Calabasas news on a wide range of topics, kept production of newscasts on schedule, and conducted scheduled and on-the-spot interviews on camera. Previously, from August 2018 to April 2019, she worked at The Waves Effect where she served as a media coordinator based in Malibu, California.
She previously worked as a student producer at Pepperdine Athletics from August 2018 to April 2019. While there, she sent out weekly sign-up emails to work at Pepperdine sporting events and recruited new students. She had previously spent 2 months working and interning at The Colorado Springs Gazette, LLC where she wrote 16 sports articles, all of which were published in print and online as well as researched information regarding articles. Previously, from August 2017 to December 2017, she worked at The Pepperdine Graphic where she served as an assistant sports editor and writer.
