Nicole Fierro is an American journalist of Italian descent who is working for KDVR as a weekend morning anchor and weeknight reporter. He joined the FOX 31 News team and Colorado’s Own Channel 2 in August 2019. Upon joining the station, she initially served as a multimedia journalist.

Upon joining the station, she initially served as a multimedia journalist. Further, she provided coverage for notable stories such as the murder of 11-year-old Gannon Stauch.
Apart from global and network attention on the suit, Stauch’s biological family voiced to her that they depend on her nonstop broadcast to learn about developments in the fight for justice for their son. Stauch’s stepmother, charged with the boy’s killing, spoke exclusively to her in the days leading up to her apprehension. Prior to migrating to Colorado, she served in Mobile, Alabama as a reporter and anchor.
While there, she attained her initial Edward R. Murrow award with her news team for Overall Excellence. Also, she served as an anchor and a reporter in Tri-Cities, Washington for two years. Moreover, she has a passion for providing the community with needed answers. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, gym classes, and cooking Italian cuisine in the kitchen.
