Torres began his journalism career at KTAB-TV in Abilene, Texas, where he worked as a weekend news anchor, multimedia journalist, host, and producer.  Also, he served at HousingWire Magazine as an editorial assistant for 3 months. Torres has worked as a news intern at KTVT-TV CBS 11 in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas for 3 months. He has also worked for NewsBreakerTV in Dallas, Texas as a Director of Content Operations for 2 months.
