Gregory serves at WUSA Channel 9 as a news reporter. He is excited to work with the WUSA family. Before joining the station, he worked for WAVY-TV in Portsmouth, Virginia a news reporter for 3 years. Before that, he served at WTHI-TV in Terre Haute, Indiana as a fill-in news anchor, multimedia journalist, news reporter, and fill-in weather anchor for 4 years. Gregory worked for WBAL in Baltimore, Maryland as an Associate Sports Producer for 3 years (2008 – 2011), before going to WTHI.
It was there that he began his career, where he worked as a sports intern, before becoming their Associate Sports Producer. He produced sportscasts a number of nights a week. Gregory reported on the transformation of public housing in Hampton Roads, and the 2016 Presidential Campaign, while at WAVY. Also, he was responsible for investigating a massive Jet fuel leak from a Navy base.
For his education, Gregory graduated from Saints Peter & Paul High School and then attended the University of Maryland in the year 2005. He graduated from the university 3 years later (2008) with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science. He is a longtime Terps sports sufferer and an avid Terps fan and loves rooting for the teams in his spare time. Also, he likes reading obscure history books in his leisure time.
