Before that, she worked as a news reporter for WVIR-TV NBC29 in Charlottesville, Virginia for nearly 2 years (October 2012 – August 2014.
Robertson began her career in journalism at NBC29 in Charlottesville, Virginia. While at WVEC ABC13, she was honored with a number of awards such as an Edward R. Murrow award and an Emmy Award, for her work as a reporter. She is always passionate about her work ad loves the fact that she makes difference in the lives of individuals.
For her education, Robertson attended George Mason University in 2007 and graduated 4 years later with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication. In 2011, she joined Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated the following year with a Master of Science (M.S.), in Multimedia Journalism. There she was part of the Kappa Tau Alpha. During her leisure, she likes traveling, exploring the city, and hanging out with her loved ones (friends and family).
