WTOV-TV is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. After working as a lifestyle anchor and reporter for the university’s award-winning station, UMTV, she fell in love with broadcast journalism. Prior to working at WTOV9, she served as an eveining news writer at WSVN-TV 7 News in North Bay Village from December 2012 to September 2014. Additionally, she also worked as a s Consumer Investigative Unit Reporter at WTVJ NBC 6 Miami from September 2011 to February 2012.
During her time there, she worked as an anchor and reporter, she also hosted special segment hots, reporter, “UMTV Today,” a bi-Weekly morning news and feature broadcast. She worked as a freelance, bilingual reporter for her community’s local news. She not only had writing expertise, but she also worked for a reputable real estate firm where she reported on the South Florida real estate market for a nearby newspaper. Luli has Puerto Rican and Cuban ancestry. Traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends are some of Luli’s favorite pastimes when she’s not out in the field gathering news.
