Previously before joining Fox 8 News Lou worked at WEWS-TV in Cleveland as an anchor from 1981 to 1984. From 1980 to 1981 he worked at WFMY-TV in Greensboro, N.C., serving as a reporter and producer. From 1977 to 1980 Maglio worked at KCRG-TV in Cedar Rapids, Iowa as a reporter. During his free time, he enjoys working with a computer, gardening, and playing soccer and golf. He has also won two Emmy Awards.
