Bailey is an anchor for FOX 8. She joined the station as a weekend morning anchor and reporter. She is an Emmy Award-winning anchor. She previously worked in Orlando, Florida for seven years. While in Orlando, Jazmin covered some of the nation’s biggest breaking news, including several major hurricanes, the Pulse Nightclub shooting, and a deadly gator attack at Walt Disney World.
Jazmin was also instrumental in creating the “Project Community: Crusade For Change” series. It focused on the history and effects of racial inequality in Central Florida. She began her broadcasting career at Cleveland’s Saint Joseph Academy as a reporter for daily news on the student-run “Announcement Crew”. After more than a decade in TV, she now takes her storytelling outside of the newsroom. Bailey is a domestic violence survivor. In 2018, she published her first book, The Woman With The Oil.
