For four years, she worked as a Washington, D.C., general correspondent at ABC and a correspondent for the network’s Weekend News.

At CNN she worked as a Washington-based correspondent for Lou Dobbs Tonight, a correspondent for The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, and as a cut-in news anchor.
