Delacruz works for ABC 10 News/KGTV serving the station as a weather anchor and reporter. Later on after spending about two years at KGUN9 News in Tucson, Arizona. During her time there, she was covering everything from breaking news and cold case investigations. This is in addition to interviewing Senator John McCain and Snoop Dog.
Later on, she was given an opportunity to start filling in for the weather and fell in love with the challenge. She has also forecasted a range of weather conditions which include record-breaking heat in the Sonoran desert and hurricanes moving in from the South Pacific. Asides from this she has also spent time filling in at the sports desk where she was covering highlights from the 2016 World Series and NCAA football.
Delacruz is a proud graduate of Florida State University where she was studying Media Communications. Asides from this, she is a Seminole football fan. Away from work, she loves going on a good shopping spree and cheering on her South Florida sports teams. She was also thrilled to be out of the Arizona heat and back near the ocean. Asides from this, she is excited to explore everything San Diego has to offer and hopes to learn how to surf once summer rolls around.
