Dennis serves WTVM as an anchor of News Leader 9 at 5:00, 6:00, and 11:00 p.m. and FOX 54 at 10 p.m. Also, he serves as a host of the Run the race podcast. He joined the WTVM News team in August 2007. Additionally, he has a decade and a half experience of working on TV most of which he spent in Columbus and East Alabama.
In 1999, he served as WTVM’s East Alabama Bureau Chief and served out of the Opelika newsroom. Later, he migrated to Columbus and served the station as the senior courts, police, and military reporter until 2004. Upon his graduation from college, he went on to serve WDTV-TV in Bridgeport as a reporter and an anchor.
Moreover, he went to Birmingham and served WBRC Fox 6 as a substitute anchor and a reporter for 3 years. On a side note, WBRC Fox 6 is now part of the Raycom team. Further, he has an interest in going to church, running, traveling, and watching movies. Else, he enjoys playing sports such as tennis, golf, and basketball. To boot, the most significant thing in his life is his faith in God.
