Martinez serves WHDH as a meteorologist. She joined the 7 News team in November 2018. Prior to this, she served in Maryland at 47 ABC -WMDT as a morning meteorologist from May 2015 to May 2018. Further, the broad variety of climates and drastic weather in Texas ignited her intrigue in meteorology from a very young age.
While in Maryland, she tracked Nor’easters, hurricanes, and snow storms that impacted the coastal areas of Delmarva. When she is not working, she enjoys going on walks with her dog. Also, she loves exploring new restaurants and is thrilled to try all the delicious food in the Boston region.
