Additionally, he has served the station for more than 1 and a half decades. Prior to this, he served in Miami at WSVN-TV as an anchor and a reporter. Further, he was selected “best morning anchor” by the Boston Herald, and “best evening anchor” by Boston’s “A-list.”
Nonetheless, he debuted his TV career when he served in Albuquerque, New Mexico at KRQE-TV as a reporter. During his tenure there, he was acknowledged and awarded for his work in feature news, hard news, and a 60-minute-long documentary examining the state’s death penalty. The documentary aired nationwide on public television (PBS).
Further, his reporting background is broad as he has provided coverage for stories about politics, crime, science, and education. Also, he is involved in charitable organizations counting Best Buddies International, Project Bread, and the National MS Society.
