In 2004, he joined Northern Illinois University where he attained his Bachelor of Applied Science in Communications and Journalism and 2009. Eric serves as a sports reporter and anchor at WBAY-TV based in Wisconsin. Upon joining WBAY-TV in September 2021, he started off by serving as a sports producer and MMJ.
Prior to working at WBAY-TV, he worked at WFRV based in Wisconsin where he served as a sports reporter and producer from September 2014 to September 2021. During his tenure at WFVR-TV, he independently produced and reported feature stories for daily shows and sports shows as well as taped game footage using a JVC HD camera.
Previously, from August 2012 to August 2014, he worked at KTAB-TV based in Abilene, Texas where he served as a sports anchor and reporter. While still working at KTAB-TV, he worked independently and as a team over local sporting events, teams, and sports-related stories in the market. He also produced and anchored sportscasts that focused on local sports. He previously worked at KXXV-TV based in Waco, Texas where he served as a news producer from April 2011 to August 2012.
