During her quarter-century there, she was one of two reporters who gained a one-on-one interview with Missouri governor Eric Greitens who stepped down in the wake of allegations of sexual abuse and blackmail.
Also, she broadcasted the 2016 presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton at Washington University. To boot, she heads extended breaking news broadcast of the region-wide unrest succeeding the exoneration of St. Louis police officer Jason Stockley.
