Talamo works for WNYT News serving the station as an On-air weekday morning delivering the weather news to the Capitol Region. Aside from this, she manages the First Warning Experience webpage with meteorologist Reid Kisselback. There, they provide an inside scoop of how the weather works.
Talamo began her on-air career interning for WNBC News 4 New York located in New York City during the summer of 2019. Aside from this, she has also interned with the New York State Mesonet, Climate Weather, the National Weather Service located in Albany, and Global Weather.
During her time as an undergraduate, she was an active member of the local chapter of the American Meteorological Society where he was serving as a secretary senior year. In addition to this, she was an active participant in the UAlbany forecast contests. This is in addition to serving on the Eboard of the UAlbany Women’s Club Soccer Team and being a member of the UAlbany Women’s Club Lacrosse Team.
Away from work, she enjoys being active and loves lacrosse, running, and playing soccer. Aside from that, she enjoys watching movies, spending as much time outside, and going to the beach. This is in addition to being an avid fan of singing, and playing the flute, as well as playing the guitar and piano a little.
