Adam began his career shortly after graduating from the University of North Carolina. He has won several awards including the national Sigma Delta Chi Award and multiple Emmys, the national Alfred duPont Award, Green Eyeshade Awards, and Edward R. Murrow. His team was awarded the James Batten Award for Public Service, the highest honor given by the Florida Society of Professional Journalists in 2020.
Walser has also received dozens of local and statewide honors from the Associated Press Broadcasters Association and chapters of the Society of Professional Journalists.
