Nicole played run track, karate, gymnastics, and soccer, but eventually chose to take a full ride for tennis at Howard University to pursue sports journalism. She began her first internship with the Washington Redskins as a game-day intern and decided she would make a career out of it.
Hutchison worked at NBC Sports, NBC Sports Washington, MLB Network, and Monumental Sports where she covered the Wizards. Additionally, she hosted a show on SB Nation and reported for ESPNU. After graduating from college, she began working in Alexandria, Louisiana at KALB. While there she was awarded the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters for “Best Sports show” as the field reporter.
Nicole has her own segment where she hosts interviewing top college athletes and professional athletes about who they are outside of their sport such as U of Miami’s D’Eriq King, Olympic Bronze medalist Raevyn Rogers, Raiders RB Jalen Richard, Jaguars WR J Chark, and more.
