Clair serves as the evening meteorologist at KSTP-TV based in Minnesota. She started her career working at a station in Rhinelander, Wisconsin where she served as a weekend Broadcast Meteorology. She, later on, started serving the station as the morning meteorologist prior to her departure in October 2016. She later on joined WHDH based in Boston, Massachusetts where she served as the morning meteorologist and midday meteorologist. While there, she managed to enclose several stories including the 2017 February Blizzard, and the January 4th of 2018 historic flooding.
Prior to starting her journalism career, she spent five years working as a Chemist and was part of several organic synthesis publications. She also worked at a high school where she served as a maths and science teacher and taught GED-seeking students. In addition to that, she is also an active member of the American Meteorological Society.
Whenever she is not busy working, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Moreover, she also enjoys visiting schools and discussing science and weather, and volunteering at Union Gospel Mission’s dental clinic. She also enjoys watching hockey, baseball, and winter sports in general.
