Prior to joining the NBC Bay Area team, she worked in El Paso, Texas serving at KTSM (NBC). During her working time there, she served the station as a news and weather anchor and reporter for two years. She also worked for affiliate station KVEO’s 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts as the main anchor during her working time there. Arana also worked as an apprentice at KABC-TV ABC7 EYEWITNESS NEWS in Greater Los Angeles for one year from April 2013 to March 2014.
