Antico graduated from Boston College High School in the year 2015 and joined Penn State University in the same year. In the year 2019, Antico graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, minors in Energy Business and Finance, and a specialty in Weather Risk Management.
During his time at the university, he got himself involved in several societies and activities. He was a treasurer of the Association of Residence Hall Students and the Penn State Club Floor Hockey. Also, he was the Shift Manager of the Campus Weather Service, as well as the President and Vice President of Penn State Storm Chase Team and Weather Risk Management Club respectively.

Antico is currently the Weekday On-Air Meteorologist for FOX59. Previously, he was in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, working for WEAU-TV, a dual NBC / CW+-affiliated television station. He stayed there for 2 years and a month, working with the SkyWarn13 weather crew, as an on-air meteorologist.
Also, he had other roles like developing weather graphics used for on-air broadcasts and social media. Analyzing meteorological information to develop sound forecasts each day and creating, as well as presenting a sponsored, educational science series for grade school kids was also his role.
During his time in the Badger State, he won a Wisconsin Broadcasters Association award for “Best Online Personality” and was twice a finalist for “Best Local Meteorologist” in the Volume One Reader Poll. During his stint at WEAU-TV, he was a two-time finalist for “Best Local Meteorologist” in the Volume One Reader Poll. Also, for “Best Online Personality”, he won a Wisconsin Broadcasters Association award.
Antico has worked as a weather intern at WCVB-TV in Needham, Massachusetts, for 3 months. His work there was to produce weather graphics used for on-air broadcast and social media, as well as to analyze meteorological information used for daily forecasts and breaking weather events.
Antico’s passion for weather began at a young age. When he was at the age of two, he was reporting weather to his family. During his high school days, he conducted a well-liked weather website. Also, he alerted and advised local schools about the snow days.
During his leisure, he likes playing any kind of sport, but mostly hockey since it’s his favorite sport. In his free time, Tucker enjoys playing nearly any sport, but hockey will always be his favorite. He is incredibly excited to continue his career in the Midwest and to tackle all of the challenges that come with forecasting our weather.
