While in the station he made forecasts from scratch, including graphics and makeup, for on-air presentation. Presenting forecasts on TV, sometimes 25 times a day. Constant Ski and Surf and Garden and Global Warming Analysis, always.
Before working at NECN & NBC10 Tim worked at WLNE TV Providence where he served as a Meteorologist & Environmental Reporter from January 1989 to August 1991. While on the station he Broadcasted with John Ghiorse (Factor) & Steve Cascione. He also became the Environmental Reporter, and cohost of Live at 5. He was on with George (Dialing for Dollars) and Allen (R.I.P.). They interviewed John Wait, Bob Keeshan, & Tommy Chong. Gail (Mrs. Scott Brown) Huff was one of his many mentors, patiently teaching him how to be a news reporter. Sean (who loves his music) Daily was the man who helped him(through Mrs.Daily), get his job at NECN in November 1991.
