While working there, worked on stories including the O.J. Simpson trial, the Los Angeles riots, as well as the fall of the Soviet Union. In addition, he filled in as an anchor for CNN’s Airport channel, Headline News, and CNN.
IN 1995, he headed to Dallas to work for KDFW-TV, the Fox station. While there, he served as a morning anchor and reporter for three years. From there, he joined WIS-TV in Columbia, S.C prior to joining WBRC.
