Rozzi is an anchor and reporter at FOX 23 News in Oklahoma City. She anchors 5, 6, 9, and 10 newscasts on FOX23 News alongside Sara Whaley. Rozzi serves as an evening anchor and investigative reporter. Prior to joining the KOKI-TV News team, she worked at the Cox Media Group flagship station WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia. While there, she specialized in enterprise storytelling and holding an established audience while working to attract new viewers. She served there for seven months as a Fill-in Anchor and General Assignment Reporter prior to being elevated to the Main Evening Anchor in Tulsa.
Her first day on the job was the day of the Boston Marathon bombing. She talked to runners from Oklahoma there during the tragedy and reported on the response to the explosions from Boston. The longest tenure of her career was at WTVD, the ABC-owned station, in Raleigh, North Carolina. While there, she worked as the Weekend Evening Anchor and also concentrated on investigative reporting during the week for almost 12 years. Throughout her career, she has covered major stories including the Duke Lacrosse case and the political corruption trial of former presidential candidate John Edwards.
In her journalism career, there are struggles like during the massacre at Virginia Tech, her alma mater. Rozzi stayed there for several days telling personal stories of students from North Carolina affected by the tragedy and covering the investigation. Her journalism career job began at WLUC in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. From there, she joined WSLS in Roanoke, Virginia. During her working time there, she served the station as a reporter and anchor.
Rozzi likes being active and involved in her community. Since 2016, she has been a member of the Tulsa Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary.
