Ryan Beesley is an American meteorologist who is working for WAGA-TV as a weekend morning meteorologist on Good Day Atlanta at 10 a.m. and FOX 5 News at Noon. He joined the FOX 5 Storm Team in March 2017.

Beesley serves WAGA as a weekend morning meteorologist on Good Day Atlanta at 10 a.m. and FOX 5 News at Noon. He joined the FOX 5 Storm Team in March 2017. After completing his undergraduate studies, he got his initial on-air job in Biloxi at WLOX-TV.
While in Biloxi, he broadcasted the Hattiesburg EF-4 tornado that hit on February 10, 2013, and Hurricane Isaac. Later, he served in Albany at WALB-TV. Prior to WAGA, he served in Knoxville at WATE-TV as a weekend meteorologist for 2 years and a month since March 2015.
Apart from working on-air as a meteorologist, he has pursued over 30 tornadoes counting the tornado outbreak on April 27, 2011. On a side note, he goes to schools around north Georgia teaching students about weather, storm chasing, and what it’s like to be a broadcast meteorologist.
When he is not working, he loves spending time with his family and everything outdoors. Moreover, he loves grilling, hiking, fishing, and golfing.
