He moved to WHIZ Zanesville in October 2015 and worked as a Meteorologist after working as a meteorologist intern.
At WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh, WTOV-TV in Steubenville/Wheeling, and WBRE-TV in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton he worked as a broadcast meteorologist. Additionally, at the Carnegie Science Center Weather Center team in Pittsburgh, he was the lead meteorologist providing forecasts for WPXI-TV.
Caruso climbed into a toy chest with some Cheerios when thunderstorms struck and that’s when he became fascinated by the weather. He moved to Penn State due to doing reports on El Nino and the Ozone Hole in school.
