His love and passion for journalism developed while he was young. He grew up watching the news and reading the newspaper always knowing he wanted to be a journalist. This led him to Tusculum University to pursue his dream of Journalism.
Upon college graduation, he got an internship at Tusculum University. During his working time there, he served in multiple capacities including starting media personality, Defensive End, camera operator, play-by-play commentator, as well as Resident Assistant. He commentates on the live stream of the Pioneer Sports Network for every women’s volleyball, women’s lacrosse, and men’s lacrosse home game, prepares team and player notes to commentate on each game, and also consults with student-athletes and coaches of each team to prepare commentary.
In addition to that, he also interned in Savannah, Georgia at WTOC-TV and Nexstar affiliate WSAV-3 during the summer. During his time in these stations, he gained experience in Sports Broadcasting.
