While working at WHIO in Dayton, Ohio, she reported on national news stories including the 2019 Memorial Day tornadoes where 19 tornadoes touched down across the Miami Valley. In addition, she was the first on the scene following the Oregon District mass shooting. A gunman killed 9 people and wounded more than a dozen others.
During her leisure time, she likes ALL sports, rooting for her Houston, KC, and K-State teams, and catching a game. In addition, she loves trying all the new food spots in town, she is a foodie.
