On a side note, he has been captivated for his entire life. For instance, when he was younger, he really enjoyed watching radar loops on The Weather Channel. In his life, he has witnessed blizzards, hurricanes, floods, and drastic thunderstorms. Nonetheless, he discovered his passion for broadcast meteorology following a summer internship he did at NBC Connecticut.
Throughout his senior year o college, he started taking journalism courses. Also, he served as an intern at WTEN in Albany. Even so, his initial employment was when he served in West Virginia at WVNS-TV as a meteorologist for three years
