She also produced award-winning magazine Style Program, special event coverage, and environmental news that earned him three Emmy Awards and nominations for an additional four Emmy Awards.
Notably, Gradney began behind the scenes at KTRK-TV in Houston as a writer and production assistant, later transitioned to on-air roles at KAVU-TV in Victoria and KBMT 12 in Beaumont, Texas, before returning to Houston to anchor, report, and produce special programming and news.
