Prior to WCMH, he served in Greenville, North Carolina at WITN News as a weekend evening news anchor and the New Bern Bureau Chief for over 2 years. Nonetheless, he debuted his career by serving in the sports sales and marketing industry prior to transitioning to Broadcast Journalism.
For over 1 year and 6 months, he served WHIZ-TV in Zanesville as a reporter and an anchor. During his streak there, he provided coverage for the 2018 Columbus Blue Jackets playoff run, Ohio State football games, and the local high school teams that are the core of the communities. Also, he cheers on the local teams in Columbus and those in Cleveland. Additionally, he is an ardent sports lover.
While in North Carolina, he provided coverage for various hurricanes such as Hurricane Florence. The hurricane caused ruinous and unforgettable flooding in New Bern and surrounding regions. Also, partook in following President Donald Trump’s visit to New Bern following the storm. Additionally, one of his spotlights while there was heading the broadcast during the state disappearance of 3-year-old Casey Hathaway.
Hathaway was miraculously located after a thorough two-day search and safely reunited with his parents and sister. When he is not working, he loves working out, exploring the outdoors, and encountering all that Columbus has to offer. In October of 2022, he was dubbed a board member for Netcare Access which is an organization that has supplied the central Ohio community with critical mental health and substance abuse services for 5 decades.
