During her working time there, her weather team produced an award-winning severe weather special “Ahead of the Storm.” Grant has presented award-winning research at its national meetings. Furthermore, she is a member of the National Weather Association.
During her leisure time, she likes cooking, reading, theater, and also music. In addition to that, DIY crafts are her go-to. Furthermore, she loves singing at church and also playing several instruments including the ukulele, guitar, piano, and clarinet. She also enjoys traveling and exploring the area around Lake Michigan. Grant became an official Hoosier this time.
