Baker is a reporter, anchor, and producer at WITN-TV in Greenville. She joined the station as a producer and anchor where she anchors WITN News at noon and WITN News at Sunrise each weekday morning. Prior to joining the WITN News team, she worked at WREX-TV in Rockford, Illinois. During her time there, she served the station as a weekend evening anchor and weekday reporter for two years and a half.
Her career began in Lansing, Michigan as a producer and reporter. She worked there for one year and two months. From there, she moved to Rockford, Illinois where she began her on-air career as a weekend anchor at WREX 13 News. During her working time there, she had the pleasure of reporting on major reports like the massive Chemtool chemical plant fire, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the Black Lives Matter Movement. In addition to her career course, she is a proud member of the National Association of Black Journalists and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
