During her working time there, she spent two years serving as a reporter, substitute anchor, and fill-in weather anchor.

Furthermore, she anchored and produced weekend newscasts. During her leisure time, she likes traveling with her family, going to concerts, and chasing after her toddler son. She also likes spending her time volunteering and encouraging people to adopt shelter pets. Klapper has been supporting and encouraging women’s heart health through the Go Red for Women initiative for almost 15 years.
