While there, she was the forecaster of the varying Pacific Northwest weather and reported on stories like housing issues, politics, and community events.
LaSalle worked for KCBY-TV in Coos Bay, Oregon before going to KVAL. There she served as a Multimedia Journalist for 8 months (April 2013 – November 2013). Her first stop in broadcasting was in Aspen, Colorado, at Plum TV, where she worked as a Host and Editor.
While in college, LaSalle spent much of her life competitively figure skating before now jumping to journalism. LaSalle has created ExplOregon, a series that captures some of the amazing aspects of the state. She has explored everything from horseback riding to skydiving, and backpacking to skiing. LaSalle has traveled almost all over Oregon and is looking forward to exploring many new adventures in Colorado. During her leisure time, she likes to hike in mountains, try new restaurants and eateries, or soak in the beauty of each Colorado season.
