She has experience on both charter and private yachts hence she is no stranger to managing demanding owners and charter guests.
She has always managed to get it done and flawlessly no matter how difficult the request. Joining mega yacht Lady Michelle, Flood heads the interior department bringing her high attention to detail and unparalleled work ethic. When Flood clashes with one of her crewmates, she is left to make tough decisions that could impact the entire boat.
