It was the first site to easily display wave heights and water temperatures across the tropics with satellite loops. It also forecasts models dedicated to tracking hurricanes.
His great work has helped him to win several awards. The West Central Florida Chapter of the American Meteorological Society and the American Meteorological Society has certified him. He is also a member of the meteorological honor society Chi Epsilon Pi. During his leisure time, he likes riding his Trek on local bike trails and traveling.
